Overview

Jules San Pedro is an eight-story, mixed-use residential community currently under development in the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District of Los Angeles, situated at 155 W. 6th Street at the entrance to the Port of Los Angeles. This project is a joint venture between High Street Residential, Trammell Crow Company’s residential subsidiary, and Haseko North America, Inc.

Once completed, this development will comprise of 281 market-rate residences, offering a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans. Additionally, it will feature 1,276 square feet of ground-floor corner retail space.

Designed by KFA Architecture, Jules San Pedro emphasizes sustainable features and a comprehensive amenity package. Sustainable elements include electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and a rooftop, net-metered solar photovoltaic system. Resident amenities are set to include a pool deck and courtyard with a sauna, spa, and clubhouse, a central water-facing courtyard with indoor/outdoor fitness facilities, a sky lounge and rooftop deck offering harbor views, multiple BBQ areas, a pet spa, and an oversized co-working space with several conference rooms and work areas. The community will also include 1.5 levels of below-grade parking.

Westport Construction is serving as the general contractor for the project. Groundbreaking for Jules San Pedro occurred in January 2026, with completion anticipated in the second quarter of 2028. The project is also strategically located near the West Harbor project, a 42-acre mixed-use entertainment destination, and the 35-acre AltaSea campus. The development aims to contribute to the continued revitalization and growth of the Downtown San Pedro and Waterfront Arts District.
