Overview
In July 2022, High Street Residential completed Matson Mill, a LEED certified, best-in-class luxury apartment community containing 280 residences in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. along the banks of the Schuylkill River.The five-story property consists of four stories of stick framing over a steel and concrete structured parking garage. The project spans 420,000 square feet and includes a total of 353 parking spaces. Matson Mill offers a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom luxury units, with a majority offering views of the river. The development includes a robust collection of amenities, including a resort-style club room with an entertainment kitchen; a game room; a conference/private lounge area; a state-of-the-art fitness center; a quiet lounge; a large package and mail room; a dog wash station; on-site bike storage; and an entry lobby/train waiting area. Residents also have access to outdoor courtyards that have views of the river and include a resort-style pool, an outdoor kitchen and outdoor seating areas with fire pits. With the scenic view of Schuylkill River to the south, the building layout takes advantage of all outdoor amenities overlooking the river.
