TCC has acquired a 0.88-acre site in the Midtown submarket of Atlanta, Georgia from the Atlanta History Center to develop a 465,307 square feet Class AA office project. The 30-Story iconic tower, located just off Peachtree Street and 10th Street at the center of one of the nation’s hottest tech talent submarkets, will be a signature development blocks from Tech Square and within 150’ of the Midtown MARTA Rail Station.
