Overview
High Street Residential (“HSR”), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, is pleased to present Summit Heights (The “Project”) a transit-oriented development on a 4-acre tract located in Brookhaven, Georgia in the vibrant Sandy Springs submarket within the Central Perimeter. The Project is a part of Perimeter Summit, a dynamic mixed-use community that consists of 1.7 million square feet of office across four buildings, a 182-room hotel, and a condominium community that is located just south of I-285, east of GA-400, and walking distance to two MARTA stations.
Summit Heights will consist of 350 class A apartment units, averaging 906 square feet. The Project will be seven-stories with five floors of wood frame over a cast-in-place concrete parking structure containing 475 parking spaces. The current apartment unit mix is planned to include 69% studios / 1-bedroom, 22% 2-bedroom, and 9% 3-bedroom. The Project will offer top-of-market finishes and best-in-class amenity space, including both outdoor and indoor experiences, and great Perimeter and treetop amenity views.
