High Street Residential partnered with Meadow Partners to develop The Dalton, a luxury, 14-story apartment tower in Alexandria, Virginia with 270 units, 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and a 2-level underground parking garage.

The Dalton is the tallest building in the Braddock Metro submarket, and the top floor units have impressive, unobstructed views of Washington, DC and the Potomac River. The project features over 10,000 square feet of common area amenities that are on par with or superior to those found in other Class-A projects in the DC metro region.
