Overview
The Russell is a 252-unit multifamily project in just west of Denver in Arvada, Colorado. The amenity-rich TOD project features a large fitness center, sky lounge, club room with mountain views, co-working lobby, bike repair facilities, on-site storage, outdoor courtyards with a pool and hot tub, grills and cabanas.
The Russell is situated adjacent the recently constructed Olde Town Transit Hub, serving as the multimodal transit station and parking garage at the south end of Olde Town’s busy shopping, dining and commercial district. Downtown Denver is less than 9 miles via Interstate 70 (25 minutes by RTD’s Gold Line to Denver Union Station). The wide variety of outdoor activities and mountain towns are easily accessed via I-70 to the west.
Greystar is serving as the property manager.
To the south of The Russell, Trammell Crow Company has developed a complementary small retail center fully leased to restaurants including Snooze, Smashburger, Parry’s Pizzeria & Taproom, Everbowl and CAVA. A 130-key Residence Inn by Marriott opened in January 2024.
