Knox Street Mixed-Use Development in Dallas Reaches Major Construction Milestone with Topping Out
The joint venture partnership of BDT & MSD Partners (“BDT & MSD”), Trammell Crow Company (“TCC”), Highland Park Village Associates, and The Retail Connection (“the JV”) today announced the topping out of its Knox Street mixed-use development in Dallas, Texas. Spanning more than one million square feet, the project will deliver 150,000 square feet of office space, 100,000 square feet of retail, a 27-story, 186-unit apartment tower, a half-acre park with a direct connection to the Katy Trail, and The Knox Hotel and Residences, a 140-room hotel and 47 ultra-luxury condominiums operated by Auberge Collection.

HSR Breaks Ground on 394-unit Multifamily Project at Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Texas
High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), has broken ground on a 394-unit multifamily development integrated into the Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s (DART) SMU/Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Texas. The project is part of a multi-phase, transit-oriented development that will convert approximately 16 acres of underutilized DART-owned surface parking into a pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use neighborhood around the DART station. The apartments are expected to deliver by the end of 2027.

High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, and its development partners, have broken ground on two new housing developments at the southeast corner of Custer Road and State Highway 121 in Allen, Texas. The projects include the 434-unit Crestview Apartments and the adjacent Crestview Townhomes, a 102-unit for-rent townhome community.
