High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company (TCC), has delivered Rone Residences, a 12-story, 209-unit luxury multifamily community located in Houston’s River Oaks/Upper Kirby neighborhood. Located at 2311 Westheimer Road, the development broke ground in January of 2023.
