Our team brings a multidisciplinary approach to residential development, with deep experience in investment, leasing, property management and project management. We develop Class A projects in the multifamily sector, including high-end residential buildings and sought-after active-adult communities.
The HSR Midwest team recently completed the luxury high-rise Flora Apartments in Chicago’s bustling Fulton Market neighborhood. Additional recent HSR projects in the Midwest include five Avidor 55+ communities in Evanston, IL, Edina, MN, Minnetonka, MN, Omaha, NE, and Glenview, IL; The James (Kirkwood, MO); Noko Apartments (Minneapolis, MN); Maple & Main (Downers Grove, IL); and Foundry Lake Street (Minneapolis, MN).
