Some of HSR LA’s recent development projects include LA Plaza Village, a mixed-use community in Downtown LA with 355 apartments – including affordable units – and more than 43,000 square feet of retail; Llewellyn, a 318-unit apartment community in Mission Junction on the eastern edge of LA’s Chinatown neighborhood; and Vivo on Harbor, a waterfront community in San Pedro’s Waterfront Arts District with 137 apartments, including 16 affordable units, and 1,500 square feet of ground-floor retail.
